The studio had all we needed: central heating, multiple TV channels, and a microwave; its proximity to all our destinations was convenient.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Duke University and eating locations, a good area and an art museum. In general the service was exceptional.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a nice stay for one or two nights. Every employee we encountered was caring and helpful. The room was did n't look "newly renovated " had to retrieve pots pans etc did n't receive coffee maker and available with kitchen. The hotel's location was MAGNIFICENT, so close to a good quiet area, the store and Raleigh.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious with central heating, a variety of TV channels, and a microwave, and the location was great in a clean area.

Well let's say I will not stay there again. No blanket no coffee in the room although when I asked for it the front desk found a pot for me. Got a old bedspread for a blanket don't know if it was even clean

Dirty rooms (hair in the bed sheets/dirty linens & in the towels), air conditioner is our room didn't work (heat or a.c). When the air did kick on black things flew out of the radiator (probably mildew) My daughter and I were sick the entire time (now back home, we've magically cleared up)the spouting was falling off the hotel. Smelled of pot every morning. Nothing great about this place!

They upgraded my room due to air condition had malfunction prior to me arriving. Room was nice and clean.

Visitors left trash in the elevator.

its like people live there so its a tiny bit noisier than a normal motel and you can smell cooking in the evening.. I'm not sure this is a bad point, i quite liked it!

This venue was the perfect place for our enjoyable stay, with a great location close to an art museum, Raleigh, and easy access to the highway.

On line when you book this room it never tell you when you get to the hotel you have to a $100 deposit down plus what you are paying for the room.If it was posted when you book the room it wouldn't be such a shock when you check in.
